Tour Price

All tour prices are quoted in U S Dollars. Tour prices normally include accommodation on shared twin bed basis with breakfast at confirmed hotels, table d'hote Lunch & Dinner at first class local restaurants, all transfers, sightseeing and excursions by private air-con car/coach with language guide throughout the tour, all internal transportation as per itinerary (flight/ train/ boat/bus), all entrance fees, and porterage for two pieces per person.

Tour prices do not include international airport departure tax (currently U S $ 10 per person+security tax U S $ 2 per person), meals and drinks not listed and optional tours. Also additional costs and expenses such as international airfares, cost of visas, excess baggage charges, personal or baggage insurance and any item of a personal nature are normally not included in our tour price quoted.

For the customized (tailor made) tours and incentive tours, Exotic Land will calculate the tour cost in accordance with the actual services to be rendered and will charge the customer accordingly.

Tour Programme

Since our tour programmes are pre-arranged, changes or modifications cannot be made after arrivals in Myanmar. Exotic Land will make every effort and endeavour to keep the stipulated itineraries. However, we reserve the right to re-arrange the order of tour programmes; to cancel or to substitute elements or any plan without notice should local conditions requires such changes.

Payment Procedure

Payment must be made on acceptance of our quotation and confirmation. Due to U S Government sanction and remittance ban on Myanmar, it is impossible to transfer the money to our account in Myanmar at present. In this case, we will advise you how to settle the tour cost on case-by-case basis.

Deposit

In order to get the rooms confirmed at deluxe hotels especially in Inle Lake and Ngapali Beach, a non-refundable deposit is required well in advance. In such case, we will request you for the remittance of deposit accordingly.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date in Myanmar. If cancellation is made less than 21 days before the arrival date, cancellation fees will be actual amount of penalties imposed by the Service Providers such as hotels, airlines and transport companies. In addition, an administration fee of U S $ 50 per file will be charged.

Complimentary

Every 16th member of the group will be complimentary, based on half twin, subject to the maximum limit of three members.

Responsibility

Exotic Land Travels and Tours Co., Ltd or their agents act only as agents for the persons or companies, providing accommodation, transport or other services, and assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents, loss or damages to person or property, delays, transport failure, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any Service Providers or by "force majeure"; severe weather, Acts of God, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other factors beyond the control.

However, Exotic Land Travels and Tours Co., Ltd will always make full endeavours to comply with the original tour programmes and arrangements.

Refund

After commencement of travel, no refund either in full or in part will be given for unutilized services included in the programme.
