Day 1 Yangon

Arrive at Yangon Airport. Welcome and transfer to
hotel by our guide.

Afternoon visit Colonial District of downtown Yangon
including Bogyoke(Scott) market, the most colorful
and busiest bazaar in Yangon and National Museum
where Lion Throne and Royal Regalia of last Burmese
monarch and several objets d' arts are on display.

Special evening visit to massive Shwedagon Pagoda,
one of the wonders of the world for its religious
significance, artistic beauty and its association
with Myanmar culture. Walk around the pagoda
platform and enjoy the wonders of the pagoda and
Buddhist devotees' way of worshipping.

Day 2 Yangon-Bagan

Morning transfer to airport for flight to Bagan.

Upon arrival Bagan, transfer to your hotel for
check-in.

Morning sightseeing tour includes Nyaung Oo
local market, Shwezigon Pagoda; the prototype of
later Myanmar stupa, Kyansittha Umin; a tunnel
with an interesting feature of painting,
Wetkyiinn Gupyaykkyi Temple with fine mural
paintings of Jataka scenes,Htilominlo Temple;
noted for its plaster curvings,Dhamayangyi
Temple; a massive later period temple with
finest brick work in Bagan, Ananda Temple;the
best preserved masterpiece of Mon Architecture
and Tharaba Gate.

Afternoon sightseeing tour includes Bagan
Archaeology Museum, Thatbyinnyu Temple; the
highest of Bagan Temples and witness
lacquer-ware workshops to see the process of
making lacquer-ware from the basic stage to
finished products ready for sale.

This afternoon near sunset we board a small boat
to bask in that special golden light the
Irrawaddy, visit the island village of Selen to
savour the timeless agricultural life, and then
disembark to join the monks in their evensong in
the enigmatic Nat Htaunt Monastery high above
the river.

Day 3 Bagan

Morning sightseeing tour includes Apeyadana
Temple; famous for its mural paintings of
Mahayana Buddhism, Manuha temple with gigantic
Buddha image ;a captive king impression of life
in prison, Nanpaya; an early style Temple with
finest stone carvings, Mingala Zedi, Myingaba
Gubyaukkyi Temple and witness the village life
in Myinkabar village.

Late this afternoon we ascend the Shwe-hsan-daw
Temple in East Bagan to enjoy the magnificent
sight of the temples rising from the plain of
Bagan silhouetted against the setting sun and
the Irrawaddy with its golden glow.

Day 4 Bagan-Mandalay

Transfer to airport for flight to Mandalay.

Upon arrival at Mandalay airport, drive to
Amarapura to visit 1.2km long U Bein wooden
bridge, to witness the daily life of thousand of
Buddhist Monks at Maha Gandayone Monastery
during their lunch time.

Proceed to Mandalay and check-in at the hotel.

Afternoon sightseeing of Mandalay starts with
traditional handicrafts, wood carving; gold
leave making; embroidery; intricate hand weaving
etc. Visit Shwenandaw (Golden Palace) Monastery,
noted for its exquisite wood carvings; Kuthodaw
Pagoda, known as the world biggest book for its
729 marble slabs of the Buddhist
scriptures;Kyauktawgyi Pagoda, a large Buddha
image carved out from a single block of marble;
and Mandalay Hill, a vantage point for panoramic
view of the city.

In the evening, attend a Myanmar Marionette
theatre.

Day 5 Mandalay-Yangon

In the morning, browse in the local market of
Zegyo for crafts and antiques.

Proceed to the most sacred Maha Muni Pagoda with
its venerated statue of Buddha covered with gold
leaves, observe the religious devotion of the
people and see the monumental bronze figure s
looted from Angkor Wat in an ancient war.

In the afternoon, transfer to Mandalay airport
for flight back to Yangon.

Upon arrival at Yangon airport, transfer to
hotel.

Overnight in Yangon.
